Hello, I'm a user from South Korea, and I'm currently subscribed to yearly plan for Premiere Pro program. Recently this message has been popping up on my desktop computer screen,
and this is basically a translated version of this English message
and since I've been getting this message I haven't been able to open up my Premiere Pro.
To finally solve this problem I did a google search and was introduced to this guidelines.
But the real problem is that even though I tried out all four solutions and kept deleting the Creative Cloud program and trying new installments, the particular error I mentioned never seem to have been solved and the first message keeps popping up.
Is there anyone who could shed some light on this issue? 🙂
