Custom Keyboard Lost with Update 14.3

All my custom keyboard settings were lost with an overnight update of Premiere. Both 2020 and 2019 folders no longer contain the custom keyboard settings, only the standard four.

 

System: Windows 10

On Windows, the custom kys file on my laptop is in:

 

Users/<username>/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Pro/14.0/Profile-<username>/Win

 

So check the users/username/documents folder tree like above. They don't store user created presets in the program/package folders.
