encoding/exporting glitch with media encoder

the video will not export through media encoder or premier. only this project, i can export all other videos fine. I have tried all the renderers and codecs i can use. I even tried without the effects or color grading on it.

when it glitches out it just stops basically, no fail or error message. the program seems fine untill I try and stop the process then it freezes and must be forcequit

I am using effects from the Sapphire borris effects pack and I have been in contact with them and even re activated my account with a new license. 

please help
