So, I still have clients that need DVDs/BluRays (dance recitals).
For nearly a decade, I would edit in premiere... Setting chapter points and exporting the MPEG-2.
Pull that file into Encore and the chapter markers would retain the title...
Did this function disapear?
I know, Encore was three US Presidents ago... but its still works for this deliverable 🙂
Thanks!

It works here if i use Chapter Markers while it don´t work if i use Comment Markers. It works with Chapter Markers with either MPEG2-DVD, H.264 Blu-ray and MPEG2 Blu-ray exports using Premiere Pro 15.2.0 and Encore 6.0.0.492 on Windows.

Thanks Averdahl, that's what I've done for years... maybe it was a glitch last year... but I'll report back later today with more details. Hope it works. It was a nice time saver

Works for me. The chapter names may not carry to the DVD however.

Are you still using the Premiere Pro that came with the version of Encore that you are using?

Welp, apparently I can no longer install PrPro CS6 + Encore from Creative Cloud... they just... removed it.

Installing PPro/Encore CS6 with a cloud subscription was removed about a year ago... and as subscription users install PPro updates the ability to use Encore is removed
The only way to use PPro/Encore CS6 now is to have purchased it when it was available with a serial number
