I'm exporting video and I get to 100% and the little window is still open a hour later... I can "X" out or "Cancel" then I go to where the export video file is to be and there are 3 files that look like it's supposed to be merged when doen to 1video file.. here are the screnshots:
I don't have a finished video file.

this is prossibly normal behavior. premiere exports multiple files and when the export finishes, it must combine the files to create the finished file. With a large sequence, this can take quite a while. How long have you waited til cancelling? and of course, make sure you have plenty of free space on the target drive (at least 20% on your startup drive and 10% on your other drives and beyond that, at least twice the space of the output file size...).
