Extend a few frames

I have a five frame opening that I owuld like to extend to about 2 seconds. How is this done? Very much a newbie here.

If the original clip is only 5 frame long you can only extend by stretching which will result in a slow motion.

If the original is much longer then 2 second use the Ripple Edit Tool.

Might want to hit the Learn tab in the welcom screen of Premiere.
