Fail to export deleted project

I recently got a new computer and after finishing my project in premiere pro CC, I went to export in media encoder only to have it fail after a couple of seconds. (Wedding slideshow)

Troubleshooting Tried

1. Change Encoding Method

2. Updated Graphics Drivers

         Got father through rendering and failed/Not responding depending on the encoding method

3.Rendered inside of premire

         got the first 70% rendered in 3 minuites then taking 1 hour to get to 86% only to have premire Crash with no crash report program just closed. reopening the project was blank

-Error code: 3(Export Error)

(Could not find the Premire Crash log)
