How to import MP4 HEVC 10Bit Intel QSV video into Premiere Pro & After Effect

I just rendered a video using Handrake using the HEVC 10Bit Intel QSV encoding format, but i cannot import the MP4 into Premiere Pro & After Effect. How do i do this?

nevermind, it was just a bug, i actually can import it 😁
