I Can´t add jpg files to timeline

So im trying to make a stop motion video with pictures from my camera.
I can import the files but can´t add them to the timeline. any suggestion?

do you have any floating windows?  If so, close them and see if that helps.  do some searching here and you'll find many posts about the issue and how to work around it.  

but first, Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card.

and if. I remember correctly, multiple monitors and also be part of the issue...  since I don't have the problem (I rarely if ever open a window that's not docked) I can't remember the specifics...
