Saying "It will not open for me" and nothing more won't help us much, I'm afraid 😞

What you could check:
- Make sure your computer meets the (minimum) system requirements - check here.
- Have your Operating System and all your drivers up to date.
- See via Task Manager if a Premiere Pro process is already running. If it is, end it and try opening Premiere Pro again.
