Issue with Premiere Pro CC 15.0 AND 15.1

Every time I open Premiere, half of the windows won't open and anything I click doesn't work unless I try to exit the app. Example, if I switch from Color to Editing, it doesn't change unless I press the X in the top right. Can someone help me figure this out? I have a lot of work to finish and need to figure this out ASAP. 

I've also uninstalled both versions and reinstalled them. Still getting the same problem.
