Not working program monitor with AMD GPU Drivers - Premiere not useable

Hey,

I am using a RX 5700 with latest AMD Adrenalin Drivers. Lately i cannot work with Premiere Pro due to a problem when scaling/moving the program monitor (as seen in the attached screenshot). Also i cannot play any content and Premiere crashes every time I try to close it. Even with the enterprise/pro driver the same problem occures.

When no AMD Driver is installed, Premiere works as it should. But for obvious reasons I do not want to use my PC without graphics drivers.
