Poor MOGRT performance after updating to Premiere Pro 15.1

New Here ,

MOGRT files still boggy and take over an hour to render for a 10 second clip. I have an i7, RX590, 32g ram, it's not my system, it's your software. Products are too expensive for iMovie quality performance.
