Pr 2020 timeline LAG and drop frames on simple CROSS DISSOLVE!

Hello! I dont know how is that possible but ALL versions of Pr 2020 cant playback cross dissolve any duration! I tried all possible solutions to the problem playback lag that I saw on this forum. NOTHING! Mercury playback software only too! Only using proxy can help me but that's ridiculous!

Pr 2019 HAVENT THAT PROBLEM!

Im trying to edit simple mp4 720p video AVC codeс. Besides, in most video files playback does not start immediatelystart after I press spacebar. Whats wrong???

That's a 2014 CPU ... and the hardware requirements for good operation of Premiere did jump a bit between the 2019 and 2020 versions which is likely the source of the problem. It sucks, but once-good gear becomes an antique in computer terms if a few years. That rig may be near done for editing.

I just had to bite the bullet and buy a new beast myself.

My CPU cant be problem, thats really ridiculous. Hardware requirements between versions 19 and 20 are in the Windows version only and Pr 19 need 6th gen CPU too but works fine.
