Premier Pro half of video sequence gone

I have been editing for about a week and last night my computer crashed and i left it, evrrything has only been with auto save, next morning i turn it on and the sequence and files that have been uploaded to premier pro are only ones that were uploaded and edited about last week.  So i only have half a sequence and around 70% of the footage like my computer has gone back in time.

I need to work this out very soon if anyone has any answers it would be much appreicated

I don't have an answer as your work most likely has gone.

Make a habit of Save a Copy to another drive on a regular basis.

Or save project to the cloud (see Preferences).

Just relying on auto save is not enough.
