Hello, in my computer I have Intel 530 and nvidia GTX 1650 but premier pro use intel 530 and give me the message of : Unsupported video driver how can I make my gtx 1650 as default for premier pro?

Disable intel in the bios.

Most stuff is done on the cpu. For H.264/5 you need to turn the feature on in the Preferences.

What is your CPU? Some must have the onboard graphics chipset (your Intel 530) in use, and some don't. @RJL is the expert on these things technically.
