Premiere Pro and buffer issues throws 10 red flags within 15 min of use

good afternoon

new to the video editing world and very stoked!!!

have a new hp spectre i7 2in1

i use it only for adobe lightroom, premier pro, oh and starcraft

while using premier pro only, i can add videos, titles, dissolves etc...

however my issue is the program will continue to have buffer issues will throw up about 10 little red flags within 15 min of use . i must save every 4 min.

however if i click one window then another this seems to slow it down then freeze and kick me off ive attempted project number 3 now and same issues with all 3 attempts on projects i do complete them however the crashing is happenning more frequently

... someone have the same issue?

here is a couple of the red flags im learning all this as i go. very far behind in the tech field. i appriciate your help.

also once this issue comes up. makes pr start responding slower, then will eventually give off more red flags and crash restart my hp spectre more snips to follow...
