Premiere Version 14.3 Project Crashes When Opening

Hello,

In the meantime, I've had to reinstall version 14.2 in order to work on my project. Whenever I open the same project in version 14.3, it manages to open but then a window immediately appears saying the program has encountered and error and needs to close. I only tried twice, but this happened in both instances. Since switching back to 14.2 I have not had any issues.
