Preview too fast

Hi,

the preview shows my media in the timeline too fast. The preview of the program is simply like hyperlapse.
It's not possible to work like this.

I tried
everything:

  • Shortkey K stops video (instead of running it in normal speed). J makes media be played backwards (instead of slower but forward), L just increases the speed.
  • Exported files are shown in a normal speed.
  • My Media in the Explorer is not damaged.
  • Every other Premiere Pro Project shows same issue.
  • I uninstalled any Adobe Task/File, downloaded again the whole Adobe Cloud, but the issue remains
  • I talked to the Customer Service for 2h, the friendly man resettet my layout and settings in the program; issue remains

I'm just desperate.

My own suggestions:

  • Has is something to do with my graphic machine?
  • With my Sequence-Settings?

Possible Causes:

  • Issue occured, when my cat ran over the keyboard. I think I tried every keyboard combination to undo the problem, nothing worked.

I just don't know what to do.

Thanks for any idea.

Best regards,

Rabia Müller

Hi, @Ann Bens,

that was it, thank you so much!

There's no microphone pluged in at my PC so I changed "standart input" into "no input" -now it works.

I wish you the best in the whole world, thank you so much!

Just thank you a thousand times!

With regards,

Rabia Müller
