Problem Opening Projects

I cant open projects from desktop. Whenever i try the timeline and etc. wont show (as shown in the picture). I have tried importing it into a new projects but it freezes the program. I've also tried opening it it in premiere pro. I've uninstalled Premier Pro and downloading it and going back to older updates. Nothing Works!

as a first step, trash the preferences (hold ALT while on the splash screen)

can you tell us what version of premiere you're working with?  And what version the projects were created in?  You might try making all the media offline before loading the project and see if it'll load.  If it does, post back and we can suggest some further troubleshooting steps.

try any or all of these:

01. trash preferences

02. clean media cache

03. delete the preview files

04. update your gfx card driver from the vendor's site

05. update premiere pro

06. update your Windows OS or MacOs
