Project Window moves about in saved workspaces

Hi all, 

I am having problem when I save new workspaces. When I create a new one and rename it. When I open a new project the project window has always moved somewhere to where I oringal put it. Everything else stays the same but it is always the project window that moves. 

This has happened over the last few version of Premeire Pro, I have tried fresh installs, I have had my computer resets and it is always the same problem. Anyone know why this might be happening?

It's a bug. I've seen other posts, I too have the same problem. Comes and goes, hard to pin down.

A LOT of us are annoyed with that behavior. And it's been reported thoroughly, so I hope at some point it gets fixed.
