repeat frames in slow motion

Hello all, I'm editing 59.94fps footage on a 29.97fps sequence. When I slow the clip down to 50%, I'm getting repeat frames.

Also, when I watch the clip in the source monitor, the also are repeat frames. But when I drop the clip into the sequence at regular speed, there are no repeat frames.

The problem exists only for video I shot on one particular day. Other 59.94fps video from the project plays smoothly when slowed down.

The only thing I can think that would be different would be the shutter speed that I was using, but I wouldn't think that would impact frames?

Any ideas?

If you used a 1/30 sec shutter speed at 60 fps, then you will get one frame repeated every second. I doubt you would notice this when the clip is played back at 60 fps.
