Sequence resolution

Hello community!

As I edit in Premier Pro 2020, the resolution in the Program window is extremely blurry for some reason, but when I pause the sequence it'd clear as day. 

I've tried changed fps, media scaling and switching between "scale to frame and set to frame". I'm hoping this is just an easy adjustment I'm looking over but any adove/feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The setting you need is the playback quality during playback, found in the Program monitor menus. Right on the bottom righto of the Program monitor is a box where you can set playback for full, 1/2/ 1/4 and so on resolution. I think that is what you need to change.
