Sharpening not Exporting. Lumetri not previewing

I'm using the standard sharpen tool but no matter what i turn it to, it doesn't show a significant amount during exporting, while it looks perfectly fine in editing

Also, i normally apply Lumetri effects during the media export process because it's easier, but they no longer preview

have you tried smart rendering?  change your sequence preview format to your intended export format, render your sequence and then export with "use previews" checked.
