The formation of a line appears in a normal video in real time, but does not appear real time in Adobe premiere. and similarly this problem persists with multiple lines throughout the video?

Are you viewing your monitor (source or program) at 100% and full quality? Try that and see. When you export does the line problem persist?

I have found the problem. My video was in AVI format.
