Time Tracker Software / Project

Hi all, I'm looking for a time tracker extension that can automatically register my time when I open any Adobe software at work. My goal is to collect data on how much time I spend on each software and how much time I spend working. Any thoughts on what to get? Or maybe Adobe already has a similar software or extension integration?

I use an app named Klokki. In Klokki you can set up a rule that starts a timer each time your open Premiere Pro. And when you quit Premiere Pro the timer turns off. I use it to track all my client work.
