This problem seems like a common one with adobe premiere yet I still can't find a solution that is working for me. Everytime I import a file which is usually mp4, I've tried switching it to other video files, I've also tried clearing my media cache, yet still every time I go to upload any sort of movie file it uploads to audio only which is weird because premire will play the video in the source monitor but when I go to drag it to my project it only allows audio to be added. I'm new to premiere so I'm wondering if I just like misclicked something or did something incorrectly that's a simple fix, because all of my mp4 files wont import properly.

It sounds like you have the source video turned off.

You see the V1 and A1 on the left? Those are your source targeting, make sure they're both turned on.
