White Screen

I keep having the screen go completely white and won't change. Everything I read and try online does not seem to work. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

My guess is that you're using highly compressed footage on a system that might not be meeting system requirements. Possible to transcode that nasty DJI footage to something more down to earth for underpowered systems? Like ProRes LT? Try that and report back.
