Workspace Area PROBLEM

Hi guys,

I have encountered a frustrating problem this past month. I want the project element of my workspace to always appear on the bottom left side, however whenever I save it and reopen Premiere Pro it always seems to go back to the top right part... meaning I always have to drag it down and place it back where I want it every single time I start a new project...do you guys have a solution to this ?

don't know if this will help, but you might try going to the windows menu:  workspaces: and turn off "import workspace from projects."
