Workspace panels painfully slow after 2021 update

As the title says - after the 2021 update all worspace panel (colour, effects, graphics) work painfully slow - eg. I want to use a preset, opening effects panel isn't that bad, but then I need to unroll/open presets folder and it takes from 20 seconds to literally 2 minutes. And if the preset is in another folder? That's another 20seconds to 2 minutes. Same with trying to add literally anything regarding colour or text. Everything elese - playback, moving around timeline, exporting etc - works fine, so I have no idea what is the problem.

We're sorry about the poor experience. Please let us know the system specs (OS, CPU, GPU & RAM). Also, is this happening with any specific project or all the projects? We're here to help, just need more info.
