How to navigate in "full-screen" mode?

Hi, Everyone.

 

Are there navigation controls we can offer the end user when they're reading in full-screen mode?

 

Similarly, I'd like to place some navigation buttons into my output for "Next page" and "Previous page," even with the TOC displayed. Do they exist?
