Filezilla issue for video upload

I am trying to upload a 1min video based on guidlines set out. Filezilla is unable to connect to server.

Status:      Connecting to sftp.contributor.adobestock.com...

Error:        Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity

Error:        Could not connect to server

What seems to be the problem? I just could not figure it out

Thanks for providing the link,...I sent them all the info...lets see if it will be fixed

Side note,...I did a ping test and that didnt even work.... 

ping: cannot resolve sftp://sftp.contributor.adobestock.com: Unknown host

any ideas if adobe has server issues at this point?
