Question

Generative AI Model

Hi,

I read the guidelines for this, but just wondering how to properly submit an AI Generative image of an unknown person. They're not notable people, just random. Do I need to create a model release form for this? If so who do I put as the model?

Finally, do I submit it as an illustration or a photo?

Thanks.

Do you have copyright?  If yes, you may submit to Stock along with a property release signed by you giving Adobe Stock permission to sell your "Generative AI Illustration."

Be sure to submit as "Generative AI Illustration" add those words to the title, keywords, and description so everyone knows exactly what it is.

Good luck.

AI generative is never a photo, doesn't matter how much its looks like one. If it's a totally random generation and doesn't look like an existing person, it needs a Property release. If it's a recognizable real alive person, you need a Model release.
