Hi! I am trying to download audio https://stock.adobe.com/au/search/audio?k=500511148 but when I press license or download preview it comes up with "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly." I was just wondering what the issue is?

I'm having the same issue. I have allowed pop-ups, cleared the cache, and reloaded the page but I still get the "For some reason, this action cannot be completed. Please try again shortly." error

You are trying to download an audio file? What is the ID number of the file you are attempting to download? Does this happen for all files or one particular file? Can you try downloading over a different network? Could you provide a screenshot of the error and include the entire webpage in your screenshot?

Hi there,
I am having the same issue. I have cleared cache, pop ups etc. Chrome is up to date... Personal Mac and trying to download at home and other networks.

You should at least add the information that has been asked by WendellaBee, when you think you have the same issue. Also: are you behind a corporate firewall? Did you try clearing cache and cookies? Did you change the browser? Did you try to change the network (home-work-cell)?

ok. for me it was a Google Chrome issue. it is fine with Firefox.

That may be because Chrome is your first browser and you have installed some add ons that "protect" the browser, thus blocking somewhere something that is necessary for stock to operate. IT normally restricts the use of a second or third browser, to protect the integrity of the workplace. But if you have access to a second one, you should always try that one first.
