I'd like to cancel my monthly subscription, but i can't see the option

Hello, i tried to cancel my Stock subscription that renews today, i followed the instructions in this page
https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html
but when i click on "manage plan" i don't see the options "cancel plan" and "change plan".

I tried with a different browser, but nothing changes.

There are three reasons you won't be able to cancel your subscription:

  1. You very recently purchased the subscription and the purchase is still processing, this resolves within 24 hours of purchasing.
  2. Your payment method has an issue preventing your subscription from renewing. You would need to resolve the payment issue and allow that to process before you can cancel.
  3. You are attempting to cancel your subscription while your renewal is processing. You will need to wait for the renewal to complete processing before you cancel your subscription.

Thanks for the advice, i checked and i think we're in the case 2: the card i used to buy the subscription on 27 dec 2019 is expired in the meantime.

Anyway i would like to cancel the subscription without paying the new month (27 jan - 27 feb) since this month i won't need to purchase anything from Stock.
