Rechnung für Adobe Stock

Hallo,

wir haben Credits für Adobe Stock gekauft, auf der Rechnung steht aber nur der Name, Postleitzahl und Ort des Kreditkarteninhabers. Wie kann ich eine Rechnung erhalten, auf der Firmenname und Adresse ausgewiesen sind? Den Firmannamen hab ich im Konto-Profil hinterlegt, er wird auf der Rechnung aber nicht ausgewiesen. Und eine Adresse kann ich im Konto-Profil nicht anlegen.

Thank you for writing. Are you viewing your invoice from https://account.adobe.com? The invoices will appear under your order history. If you are and the information is not appaearing you'll need to reach out to customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html. They will be able to provide you with a copy of your invoice.

You missunderstood the question: 
We want to have our company name on your invoices. Not the username.
Taht is important, because we can not get tax recharge, if we get the invoices without the name of our company on it.
So how cann I get the name of my organisation (like filled in my profile) into the bills?
We have the same problem as Holger...

Re-invoicing can be done by contacting Customer Care.  You would get help on your issue for tax and other details corrected by them.

I would appreciat if just the upcoming invoices will be in a correct form.
Do I have to contact the customer care for that, or can I implement the correction myself?
