Crash without info with baking with Intel Arc A770

New Here ,

When baking with the Intel Arc A770, after doing nothing for a few seconds, Substance Painter closes with no error message. Baking textures worked fine previously with a GTX 1660 SUPER.

Driver updates did not do anything to help the issue, I even tried downloading the newest beta ones.

I attached the crash log, and a video of the issue, if those have any uses.

System specs:

CPU: Intel i510400F

RAM: 64GB DDR4

GPU: Intel Arc A770

Windows 11

Build version: 8.3.1

It seems that the newest Intel Arc Beta drivers (31.0.101.4499) have resolved the issue

Hi @CaptainSmollett,

My first guess is that you still have a NVIDIA driver installed somewhere causing issues. Make sure this isn't the case and to remove the potential outdated drivers.

If there's no NVIDIA drivers hidden somewhere, you can try to disable the GPU raytracing.

Let me know if it helps.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I checked and there are no NVIDIA drivers installed somewhere else on my system. I also tried to turn off raytracing, but that still did not do anything.
