You can edit directly from your library in the Apple Photos app and save back into the library from the Elements editor app, but it requires an extension. See my blog link below for further information.

I'm not sure but it could be a hardware problem. You could try a re-install. Start by uninstalling. Download and run the Adobe CC Cleaner tool selecting LrC from the list of apps. That should remove any remnants left behind. Then re-install from Creative Cloud desktop.

The trial version ia the full version so that should make no difference. Are you opening PSD files with the text layer? Try selecting the T tool and then click the pull down menu (bottom-right) and chose reset tool. See image.

The 20GB plan includes both LrC and Lr. Together with PS you have the best of both worlds to try. Originals from Lr desktop or mobile go straight to the cloud. Or you can sync smart previews from LrC collections and they don’t count towards your 20GB storage but are still available on all devices.

If your software is older than your camera your raw files will not be recognized.
To continue using an older version of Lightroom you can batch convert a whole folder of Fuji raw files. Then import the DNGs into Lightroom. Use one of these download links:

I know a few Mac users who got caught out by upgrading their OS to Catalina despite Apple sending out many warnings about 64 bit apps with 32 bit components. Are you in this situation? They are generic tags created by Adobe Sensei (artificial intelligence) only available to search the catalog. You can view them using Find (Ctrl+F) and you could create a manual keyword if you thought it worthwhile.
For example I have 320 photos with the smart tag nature. If I select that smart tag and click left to the grid, I can select all (Ctrl+A) and add my own Nature keyword tag to those 320 images.

It’s possibly a GPU problem.
Do you have a graphics card such as Nvidia or AMD? Or are you using a built in GPU?
You could try disabling GPU
Go to Edit >> Preferences >> Performance
Set “Use Graphics Processor” to off
If that makes no difference check that your video drivers are up to date from the manufacturer’s site. Or consider downgrading to an earlier driver if necessary.

It looks like the image has already been colored in the darkroom as it has a sepia tone. So your only auto choices may be a cyanotype or platinum look for the overall image. Otherwise you would need to switch to manual and use the droplets to color selective parts which would be time consuming.

Yes Organizer simply references the files on your hard drive or connected external hard drive, so your understanding is correct. Saving a PSD is useful if you wish to preserve layers, styles or text. When you import you are not creating a new or duplicate file. You are telling Organizer to manage those files so in future if you move anything, do it from within Organizer otherwise you end up breaking the links.

If you used the disk, the installation will be for Lr 6.0 whereas the final release was Lr 6.14 so you need to update the software.
This is a user to user community. For some issues it will be necessary to contact Adobe directly. Click the following link and scroll down the page to Individual. Then click “Sign in to contact us” It should be possible to start an on-line chat with Adobe Support. Have your serial number to hand. Make clear that you are not looking for support for an older product but need a download link for the final version of Lr 6.
