Well, I think it should be safe but before you go that route I'd like to double-check with other team members. Losing information/work is the last thing I'd want to happen. While I'm waiting for a response. I've you tried signing in with another Adobe ID? This would help us know if this is a user-specific issue or system. Will followup up as soon as I hear more. Sorry for the hassle Mike. The team hasn't seen this issue. Looking at the crash logs it appears this is caused by CC Library. Another thing we can try is removing CC Library. Remove CC Library and reinstall following these steps: Creative Cloud Libraries panel stopped working Thanks again for sticking with me here. PG

Sorry, one more question. When you say "click on the title button to add a title" are you clicking on the blue + button > Add Title or clicking on the Title Inspector (T icon) on the right side of the app?

Hi Mike! Thanks for providing the crash log. We're looking into this now. I hope to have a better idea shortly of what might be triggering the crash. One thought - Have you tried uninstalling Rush? Hi Mike, Sorry that Rush is crashing. Thanks for providing system info. Can you please do two things for me? 1. Give us a crash log to look at. You can find crash log here: Please open ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ in the Finder. Hold down the option key when using the Go menu in the Finder to open the Library folder. Look for the most recent crash log title "Premiere Rush" 2. Try clearing your preferences and plugin cache: You can reset the preferences and the plug-in cache at the same time by holding down Shift-Option on launch and letting go when you see the splash screen. Once you complete step 2, trying creating a title in Rush again. Thanks in advance, PG

Hi Fogeris The steps I provided above were for searching for transitions within the Rush app. If you would like to add transitions from the Adobe Stock website, please refer to these steps: 1. Navigate to https://stock.adobe.com/ 2. In the search box drop-down, select Templates 3. With Templates selected, search for "Transitions" 4. Under Filters, select Premiere Rush Let us know if you have any trouble locating the Transitions in Rush or on stock.adobe.com. Best, PG

Hi Kegan, Thanks for trying out Rush! As of now, Rush only supports the built-in color presets you mentioned and also user created presets within Rush. To create a custom color preset. Apply a grade (modify parameters in the Color Edit tab) on any clip. Once you like the look, it can be saved as a preset by clicking the three dots at the top right of the panel and choosing Create Preset. These are saved in Your Presets under the Presets tab. As for Speed, Rush does not have speed controls in the app yet but it's a feature we're very much looking forward to getting into the app. Feel free to add your vote for speed controls or other features you're interested in seeing in Rush (or create your own) here: https://adobe-video.uservoice.com/forums/916423-premiere-rush All the best, PG

W.R.T. to your question about transitions. Caroline is right, there are currently only 3 transitions available in Rush. We hope to add more in future releases. A cool thing is, additional transitions can be found in Adobe Stock. 1. Go to the Titles panel, select the Stock tab. 2. Search for "transitions" 3. Double-click to add to your library or drag directly on to your timeline. Note, these function differently than the native transitions. They must be added above the edit point in V2+ tracks.) Hi KrisVdV Sorry Rush isn't playing back your video smoothly. Are your videos 1080? 4k? Did you apply any other effects? Color? Transitions? Sounds like you may have already tried this but just in case here are a few things that can help your iPhone perform better. Shut Down Apps Running in the Background Hard Reset Your iPhone: Press and release volume up button, press and release volume down button and then press and hold the side button until you see Apple logo on the screen. Delete all files/folders located here: \Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common 2. Restart your system > Launch Rush > Import the Mevo files If you still cannot import 3. Change the file extension to .mov or .mpeg - Refer to this link for help if needed Do you know if you have any third party plugins or decoders on your system? Hi Jon, I'm sorry for the trouble. I'm able to successfully import HEVC video files from my iPhone X into Rush on PC and Mac. From what I've read Lightroom CC does not support HEVC files (I could be wrong but doing more digging). For now, can you try adding your HEVC files directly to your PC's desktop from your phone or upload to your Creative Cloud folder or Dropbox account? Can you import the files into Rush then? Here's a help doc from the Lightroom team that provides additional information. HEIC and HEVC media files support in Lightroom and Camera Raw Please let us know if you need any further help. Thanks! Hi Cole, What OS and build of Premiere are you using? We made a few changes in Premiere Pro 11.0.2 to address audio and export issues specific to the Varicam LT files. The reminder work needed should be fixed in our upcoming build. Sorry I cannot provide a specific date. Hello, Abelardo. A few questions for you 1. What version of Premiere and Mac OS do you have installed? 2. What keyboard preset are you using? Defualt, custom, etc..? 3. What language are you using? I've seen reports if you open and close the keyboard shortcut panel it resolves the issue or if you remap your shortcut to the same key it fixes the problem. ie remap the J (shuttle left) to J.
