Just in case I wasn't clear... it's fine to design with the icon font in XD. They just shouldn't be implemented as a font in the final website. The final website should use an SVG icon.

Using symbol fonts is not good and the icons really should be exported as SVG. Don't trust me? Google "why icon fonts are bad" to see numerous articles explaining why.
Even though it's a weird box, they should still be able to copy that content and paste it into their code, and if they are using the font it will display correctly.

I agree. I'm not sure what the issue is and why existing customers can't see XD when Adobe says they are supporting XD for existing customers. I'm not sure if or when it will ever get straightened out.

InDesign still maximizes the window like older versions of macOS, and does not use the newer macOS full screen.

How well Illustrator can convert a PNG into a vector has to do with the resolution and size of the PNG. The higher the resolution and the larger the file, the better your results will be. Illustrator can't guess what you want to do with the vectors (or know how you want them to look: rounded, corners, etc), so adjusting the settings is to be expected.
What's the size and resolution of your PNG?

I'm on macOS Sonoma and XD is working, so while it could be something with the new macOS, it might be related to something else. You've already done all the troubleshooting I'd recommend, so I'd suggest contacting Adobe Support to see if there's something else they know to do.
Keep in mind that upgrading to a new macOS quickly will often expose you to bugs and problems which can take time to fix (by Apple or Adobe). It's often best to wait a while until the bugs get worked out (especially with XD being phased out and replaced with Figma once Adobe completes that aquisition).

As XD is being phased out, it was supposed to be hidden from new users but it seems that it's also hidden to some existing users. Here's another thread with many replies that you might be able to try https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd-discussions/cannot-find-a-download-link-or-the-app-in-cc-for-adobe-xd/m-p/14130349/page/11#M73716
You may need to contact support again to get a link to the latest version.
Secondarily, with Adobe trying to buy Figma (which hasn't finished yet), I'd highly suggest switching to Figma as soon as possible. It's much more robust and XD hasn't really improved in the last year once Adobe stopped new feature development on it.

From what I understand you want to apply a parent page to either all odd or even pages. In that case, there are some solutions mentioned here https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests/suggestions/31018072-applying-master-pages-to-all-even-or-all-odd-p
Check out the idea from Bob Woodruff about using Layout > Pages > Apply Parent to Pages feature using a list of even or odd numbers.

PPI does not matter for web export (only pixel width/height matters), but it looks as it the blurry version is being resized during export. That would cause Photoshop to resample (recalculate) the pixels. Do not change the size or resolution during export, just keep the same settings.

Last year Adobe announced their intent to purchase Figma, so they've ended Adobe XD. XD is only getting minor life-support updates and has been removed so people can no longer get new memberships for it (it's only available for those who have it). If you should be seeing XD in your account because you already had it, there is an issue that many people are facing which you can read more about in this post Cannot find a download link or the app in CC for A... - Adobe Support Community
I'd recommend switching to Figma (which is better) as soon as possible. One thing to keep in mind is that Adobe has not yet purchased Figma, because the purchase must still be approved by the the US and EU governments.

Adobe announced their intent to purchase Figma last yea, but that must first be approved by the US and EU governments. I know it's been a long time (over a year), but governments are slow. Until that is approved and allowed to proceed, the 2 companies must continue to operate independently.

@325285067i88 In Adobe Fonts you can add the appropriate fonts (the ones you'll use on the website) to a Web Project and provide the code to your web developer for them to add to your site. Only include the fonts you want to use and the weights/style that will be used.
Never delete that web project from your account though. The fonts will be pulled from that and you need to maintain that Adobe membership as long as you want the website to use those fonts.

@Vasilis32106365aaz8 If you're exploring UX/UI apps, please know that XD is essentially a dead app and is no longer being developed. Adobe announced their intent to buy Figma (which is currently under review by the US and EU governments) so it's not complete yet. You should learn and use Figma.

Adobe has sunset XD as they announced their intent to purchase Figma. That deal has not finished yet so there's no built-in way to import XD files provided by Figma. But there are workarounds:
Convert the XD file into Sketch using https://avocode.com/convert-xd-to-sketch
Figma can import Sketch files.
Another option could be using SVG as a way to transfer some content.

I don't know exactly when they would be deleted, but Adobe will not keep those links active without your account being actice. So if they are not deleted right away, I think they would at some point.

With Adobe intending to purchase Figma (they're still waiting on governmental approval), new features are no longer being developed for XD. XD is only being supported for existing customers. It's effectively dead. I recommend you switch to Figma (which is better) as soon as possible. Figma has a cursor chat feature and an audio chat feature.

XD can't do that, but Figma can (which Adobe has announced their intent to purchase, although that has not yet been finalized). XD is a dead-end product at this point, so I'd recommend switching to Figma (which can do that you want).

When Adobe announced their intent to purchase Figma last year (which is still not complete), they stopped major feature development of Adobe XD, are no longer allowing new subscriptions for XD, and moved into support mode for existing users. Figma is the way moving forward, so I'd suggest learning Figma and switching when you have the time.

Adobe fonts can be used in print (such as the festival, press) and for the website it would end up being a graphic so that's also a permitted use. To read the specifics of what you can and can't do, refer to https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/using/font-licensing.html For example it says "Does my client need their own font license to use the designs? No, not if you are creating graphics or documents that have rasterized or properly embedded font data, such as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG."

I'm not an Adobe employee, so consider my view an outsider's... but I have opinions based on my industry experience of seeing apps come and go over 20+ years.
Adobe has not completed the acquisition of Figma so they can't say too much until that has finished (it must still be approved by the governments in the US and possibly the EU).
What Adobe has stated is that they will support XD for existing customers. That doesn't mean adding feautures. For over a year XD has not really seen new features and now Adobe has scrubbed it from their website and no longer sells it to new customers. Adobe wouldn't spend $20 billion on Figma just to kill it. Figma is/was the better app (with a larger user base) and it won. XD is limping along is support mode until Figma becomes Adobe's. What that looks like Adobe can't say until the purchase happens. Figma will likely get an import for XD files like it has for Sketch, so you can migrate your files.
I'd suggest not waiting any longer and start learning/using Figma ASAP.
