We're sorry for the trouble with the keyboard shortcuts. Which Photoshop version are you on right now? Since how long you're seeing this issue with Photoshop? I have tried using the similar shortcuts with the Polygon Lasso tool, and it works fine at my end. I have using it on Photoshop 2024 & 2025 versions.
You may try and reset the Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps.
Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to back up. (https://adobe.ly/3u7u84j) macOS: Hold down the Option key in the Finder when using the Go menu. The library will appear below the current user's home directory.Library > Preferences > Adobe Photoshop [version] SettingsRename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2025 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2025.old)This will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a new installation. Let me know if it helps.

We're sorry for the artifacts issue you're seeing with Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop. Since how long you are seeing this issue? Are you seeing the same behavior with the non Adobe apps as well? Please update the graphics driver from the manufacturer website, restart your machine and check if that helps. Let us know how it goes.

I think it was only possible with the 3D options in Photoshop, since 3D options are deprecated from Photoshop, it may not be possible to do an export in a 360 degree view from Photoshop. See this for more info: https://adobe.ly/4gdi4kR

Well, it is very different workflow you are trying. Most of the people would prefer to use an external monitor to do that. It may be possible to connect these two machines together, but I don't think it is supported in Lightroom Classic.

We are happy to announce the release of Adobe Bridge Beta (15.0.1)
We have been tracking the issues reported on the latest release version of Bridge and have been working on fixing those issues. This Beta release contains several user-reported bug fixes.
Fixed Issues
Optimized scrolling experience through mouse on certain panels such as folder panel, metadata panel.
Improvements in preview of images with sharp edge content like text on content panel.
Fixed Keyword wrapping issue in Metadata panel
PDF and Image library stability updates
Updates on Adobe Express Quick Actions:
Now files up to 200 MB can be used for Quick Actions (Prior limit was 40 MB)
Fixed UI issues with changes in Scaling from within Bridge
This release also contains fixes that came out with the 15.0 Public release
Steps to install/update
Install: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app > Apps > select Beta apps. Then select install for your beta app.
Update: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app > Apps > click on View updates, and check for updates. Then click update for your beta app.
Note: As always, the update will be rolled out incrementally. If you do not see the update in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, please wait for a couple of days till we release the Beta update to all users.

Looks like something else related to Lightroom is still running in background or in the startup which could be creating the problem here. Try end everything from Task Manager related to Lightroom Classic application and open the app and see if that helps.
If you are unable to anything specific, you can uninstall Lightroom, restart your machine and reinstall the app using the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop and check.

We're sorry for the freezing issue with Photoshop. Are you seeing this issue with Photoshop or Camera Raw filter? Also, are you seeing this after the Photoshop 26.0 update? Try an reset Photoshop preference and to make sure all the settings are correct.

We're sorry for the trouble you're seeing with merge option between Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. Are you using the below merge options?
Please check the images you are trying to merge in Photoshop, they should be completely available in Lightroom Classic. I mean you should be able to edit them first in to develop module and could be the another reason that you're unable to export them out from Lightroom Classic.
