Hi there,
Welcome to Adobe Community!
We're sorry for the trouble you're seeing with the Patch tool in Photoshop. May I know which Photoshop version do you have installed? Are you seeing this issue after the recent 26.0 update? If you are in Windows platform then, please update the Graphics Drivers from the manufacturer website, restart Photoshop and let us know how it goes.
Thanks, Mohit

Hi there,
Welcome to the Photoshop Community! Checkout the following article on common questions related to cloud storage in Photoshop: https://adobe.ly/48OqCfx
Technically, I don't think if there's way we can disable it for a one specific product.

Hi there,
Welcome to the Adobe Community!
It sounds like this might be a graphics driver issue. Try turning off the Graphics Processor in Lightroom Classic by going to the Preferences menu and selecting the Performance tab. Restart Lightroom and see if this resolves the problem. If it does, update your graphics drivers from the manufacturer’s website, then turn the Graphics Processor back on in Lightroom Classic.
Thanks, Mohit

Hi there,
Welcome to the Adobe Community! Is Photoshop taking longer to save files after the recent update? Are you saving file locally or on a network drive? Also, please check how much free space is left in MacOS HD drive?
We can try to reset Photoshop preferences to make sure all the setting are set correctly after the update. Below are the steps to perform that:
Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to back up. (https://adobe.ly/3u7u84j) macOS: Hold down the Option key in the Finder when using the Go menu. The library will appear below the current user's home directory.Library > Preferences > Adobe Photoshop [version] SettingsRename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2025 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2025.old)
This will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a new installation. Let me know if it helps.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Welcome to Adobe Community! Lightroom's Import function has the option to create backups. Tether does not have this function as it is and rightfully so, writing two copies will add double the load to Lightroom Classic.
Hope that helps,
Thanks,

Hi there,
Welcome to Adobe Community. You can create a group under "User Presets" in Lightroom Mobile and when you apply that group it will apply all the settings to the selected image. You just need to download the presets on your phone and then import them in Lightroom Mobile. For step by step info, see this: https://adobe.ly/4fufiHS
I hope it helps.

Hi there,
We're sorry for the trouble. Are you seeing this with all the images in Lightroom or with some specific ones. Also, what machine you are on now (Windows or macOS). Please check how much free space left on the Hard drive. You should have at least more than 20 GB free space to run Lightroom smoothly. You may try uninstall Lightroom, restart your computer and reinstall it via Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app and check if that helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks, Mohit

Hi there,
We're sorry for the trouble. Are you opening image from Adobe Bridge > Camera Raw or from Photoshop > Camera Raw? Are you doing the edits in. Camera Raw or in Photoshop? Please make sure that your machine meets the minimum system requirements to run Photoshop. If you are using the right machine then I would recommend you to uninstall Photoshop and remove it's preference while uninstalling the app. Once it is done, restart your machine and reinstall it from the Creative Cloud Desktop app and try using it.
Let us know the status.
Thanks,
Mohit

Thanks for the update. Could you please try the smaller file like 200 MB and check if that works. If you are able to upload the smaller file than is it an issue with the trial version. Once you have the subscription it should open the 1 GB for you as well.
Let us know if that helps.

Hi there,
We're sorry for the trouble and welcome to the Photoshop Community. Could you please share the Photoshop system info of the affected users? We basically wanted to check the Photoshop license to make sure you aren't using a Tryout version which basically the main cause of this issue. Also, you admin needs to provide complete license access to all the users in order to use this feature.
Refer to the below screenshot to access Photoshop System info. Copy the system info and paste it in your next response on this thread. You can share the system info for one or two affected users with us.
Thanks, Mohit

Hi there,
We're sorry for the trouble. Well, it shouldn't be happening, Photoshop on the iPad should be able to open a file with that size. Are you using a trial version of the app? Try and convert the into cloud document which will change the format from .psd to .psdc and should resolve this issue for you. Take a look at the following article for the steps: https://adobe.ly/4hx0ytf;

Hi there,
We're sorry for the trouble you are seeing with Text tool in Photoshop 26.0 version. Have you recently upgraded to macOS Sequoia along with Photoshop or are you on it for some time now? Were you able to use the text tool fine with the previous version of Photoshop on macOS Sequoia?
Before I suggest you to try out something major, I would request you to try and reset Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps to improve this situation:
Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to back up. (https://adobe.ly/3u7u84j) macOS: Hold down the Option key in the Finder when using the Go menu. The library will appear below the current user's home directory.Library > Preferences > Adobe Photoshop [version] SettingsRename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2025 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2025.old)
This will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a new installation.
Let us know the status.
