Hi Paula, I just took a look at this and first off- I'm so sorry for our mistake here. I have reminded my team to take extra care to check points & status when deactivating. Luckily, your account was simply deactivated and reactivated. Nothing was deleted or removed. If it had been, we would have been able to restore it, but it would have taken a lot longer to get done. When I look at your account, I see many posts from 2016 and I see 4,795 points. There are 3,213 total messages associated with your account. Do you believe you had more points before the deactivation? I haven't heard of this being a side effect with deactivation/reactivation but I can certainly look into it for you.
