Hi There, Can you check your time if you have any image or any object set to rest of the slide, then you need to first change it back to 2 seconds and then change the slide display from 4 to 2 seconds. Hope this helps. Thanks Priyank

Hi There, I apologize for the delayed response. Please try these steps and run the Neo Speech installer. Go to this location: For Win 7 C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0 For Win Xp C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0 There will be a AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat. Open this .dat file in notepad and then change the value from 1 to 0. Save. Run the installter. It will work. Please let me know in case if that won't help. Thanks Priyank

Hi Noel. This option will work with published output. Please publish your project and then open it in a web browser(IE, Mozilla) and then close it, reopen the project, It will give you a pop up in your machine "Continue from where you stopped last time?" with "Ok and Cancel". Hi Richard, Before you try any cleaner tool, can you please let me know if that publish failed happens with your existing project which you created in Cp 5.5 and then upgraded to Cp 6 or it is with any project which you created in Cp 6 as well. If you haven't tried this, please create a project in Cp 6 and try publishing to to Windows Executable(.exe) Thanks Priyank

Hi Ann, Just adding on Vikram's post here, Can you please launch Captivate and go to Audio>Speech Management and check the voice drop down(If you have Kate and Paul listed), if not that means Neo Speech is not installed. If you can also let me know once you downloaded the files from the web page. Did you get any msg which says installed successfully. Please check the location which is mentioned by Vikram.. Hi There, As Peter mentioned there is ongoing thread in which I mentioned the file name in which you can change the value, that file is available i Robohelp server publishished project however this is not permament so you need to change the value everytime single time after publish. Hi, Can you please close Captivate and re-create the preferences. Go to this location and rename Adobe Captivate 6 folder and relaunch Cp 6. Hi Philip, The file which i mentioned above are available in the SSL! folder which is in your Project folder in your harddrive. You can search for the file and open it in Wordpad or Notepad and then just change the value, but default it is 220, you can change it to anything. Thanks Priyank

Hi Philip, There is no way we can change that within Robohelp however after generating the output we can make very small change in "whskin_frmset01.htm" change the value "frameset cols". It will change the Navigation Pane width. But everytime you will generate teh webhelp it will reset the settings, so you need to make these changes again and agian. Hope this helps Thanks Priyank

Check the Preferences>Adobe Captivate 6 Just rename this folder and try launch it once again. If that doesn't work. Then might be tried on a different user account. Thanks Priyank
