Hi there, Yes, it is possible to generate Captivate Demo in Kindle compatiblie output. However Captivate standalone cannot do it. As you read this blog, it was mentioned that you need to insert the Captivate published output(SWF file) in Robohelp and then Robohelp will generate the Epub output which you can further view in Kindle. Robohelp will generate the Epub output not Captivate. Hope this answers your question. Thanks Priyank

Hi there, Just to add on Anita's answer, you can set the preference in Captivate, if user pass than jump to this slide which is your Certificate slide and fails jump to this slide. Edit>Prefernces> Under Quiz >Pass or Fail. Thanks Priyank

Hi Lokesh, If you read this article http://captivatedev.com/2010/11/05/adobe-captivate-5-web-page-widget/ there is a entry which you need to change after you publish it to Flash. Open .htm file in Notepad and change this entry and then play it. NOTE: The published .htm file needs to have one change where the wmode should be set to “opaque” or “transparent” instead of “window”. ? 1 so.addParam( "wmode" , "opaque" ); Hope this helps. Hi Phil, As Rick mentioned Microsoft HTML help(CHM) has it's own viewer and if you try to open that in any browser it will give you a prompt to save the file however it won't open in Browser. I guess you're talking about Webhelp. Then you can follow Peter Grainge's site (grainge.org) and search for the snippet on Chrome. Thanks Priyank

Hi Kevin, Please follow the instructions. First try run the Captivate as Admin mode. try re-create the preferences. Go to this location and rename the Captivate folder. C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe Rename the Captivate folder to "old" Re-launch the Captivate and let me know if that helps. Thanks Priyank

Hi There, When you purhcase Captivate 6, serial number will work on both 64bit and 32 bit. It depends on you, whether you have to install it on 32 bit or 64 bit OS. So you don't have to purchase another copy of Cp 6. Hope this helps. Thanks Priyank

Hi there, If your talking about Robohelp for Word, then you need to check it in Start>Robohelp 9>Robohelp for Word. If you cannot see there then it is not installed. As Jeff mentioned it is included in Robohelp package and you don't need to purchase suite for that. However when you will install the Rh in your machine, you will need to click on Robohelp component and check Robohelp for Word, by default it is not selected. So if it is not in your machine run the installer once again and check Robohelp for Word. Thanks

Hi there, 1. Do you have any other Adobe Product installed in your machine, if yes, are you able to use them? 2. PLease take backup of registry before you rename the folder from Registry Select HKey Current User and Hkey Local Machine, under Software>Adobe> "Robohelp Html" Rename all Robohelp folder.(Please make sure just rename it.) try launch the product if that doesn't work and try to install it on a new user account. Also if possible try and install with the new copy of Robohelp from Adobe.com Please let me know if that helps. Regards Priyank
