Hi Ratish, Please confirm the application and OS version you are using. Group policies are typically pushed out from a corporate network administration center, but they are ultimately registery keys so there are different ways for the message to occur. So,please mention if you are using the system on a corporate network or a private one and most likely you will have to contact your IT team for the same. Thanks, Supriya

Hi Vivianek35575920, Please try these steps and see if any of it works: Firstly, on the document, go to Edit>Preferences>Documents and check mark the option that says 'automatically save document changes' and set the time to 1 minute and hit ok and try to reproduce the issue. Also, try using a different user profile for the same. And try to create a PDF document from Word file and then comment and check for the issue Let me know if the issue still persists. Hi Kareeka, Sadly, there is not much we can do about this as it is the OS that controls the language you are using to run. I suppose what happened here was that adding the Russian keyboard changed the order of the preferred languages list and removing the keyboard does not change it. So for testing, you may change this default language to English which might change the list order and get English on top of the list again. Thanks, Supriya
