Goto HKLM\SOFTWARE\(Wow6432 in case of 64-bit machine)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FeatureState 3. Create the above registry key in case it is not present 4. Add a DWORD to this key – ‘EnablePrintLogging’ and set its value to 1 5. Now repeat the bug scenario 6.
