Hello, Please note that moving the comment is equivalent to editing it. If you want to move any comment which is not added by you then you can ask the owner of the comment to move(reposition) the comment and the new position of the comment will be synced to all subsequently. I will suggest to use Adobe while commenting from Web as well(Anyone can create an Adobe Id for free). Because same guest will be treated different when they refresh the review link in web browser. So a guest will not be able to edit his/her comment in different browser session. For vertical highlight issue: Could you please let me know if you are able to select the vertical texts clearly. Hi eleighb, Apologies for the inconvenience caused! We checked this and found that now error occurs in one scenario only: when someone mentions a reviewer from a Web browser and when the reviewer tries to resolve the comment from Acrobat desktop, error occurs. The comment you have shown also seems to have synced from web and which also has a mention in the main thread. The error does not depend on whether the comment has reply or not. Hi Document_Geek , Yes you are right, it does not disable every entry point for initiating Adobe Document Cloud based review. And so @ function will work as it used to work. I am sure you are aware of an older way of initiating review in Acrobat i.e. internal server(Network folder/WebDav server folder/SharePoint subsite) based review. Which is a bit complex and involes may steps to initiate review. Let us call it legacy review for reference. Now comes Adobe Document Cloud based review which is newer and simpler to use. Let us call it new review for reference.   Now coming back to your question. Here is my response: 1) If the pref "Share for review using Adobe Document Cloud" is enabled you will not be able to initiate legacy review. Every invocation point will lead you to the new review. 2). If the pref "Share for review using Adobe Document Cloud" is disabled, you will be able to initiate legacy review from two invocation points i.e. from 1). Tools>>Send for Comments 2). Send for Comments in RHP. Rest of the invocation points still lead to new review.   I hope it helps. Hello, You can disable Adobe Document Cloud based review. And your file will not be shared when you use @mention after that. You can follow the steps: -Quit Acrobat process if it is already running -Create the dword: bToggleAdobeReview and set it to 1 under the path: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices] (You can refer bToggleAdobeReview from the link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/PrefRef/Windows/FeatureLockdown.html ) -Now open Acrobat and mention someone using @emailid  , your PDF should not be shared.   I hope it helps. Hi markretzloff and eleighb, The issue has been fixed now from service side. Could you please check and confirm? Actually, you do not need to update Acrobat or anything to verify the fix as it was a service issue. Earlier the error used to occur only in a specific scenario: when you try to resolve a comment which has a mention in the main comment thread. All other cases were working fine earlier as well. If you want the create the dword manually, you need to first create the key “FeatureState”( click on DC then select “New>>Key” then rename it as “FeatureState”). Hi LinSims, Please find the following response sequentially: Yes, you can Unshare, but please make sure you have already downloaded the latest copy of the review file. Yes, you can download the copy of review file via File>>Save As>>Save Copy Yes that’s correct.   Review version of document is added to only the Shared by you folder once you initiate a review. It will not appear in the Your documents folder. So in your case, when you upload a file to Your documents it gets added here as a normal file and after you share this file for review, review version is added to Share by you only and the normal version was already there in Your documents as you uploaded the file. So the file is at both location. File you see under Your documents is not review version, it is a normal file. You can see the difference by opening the file from Shared by  you and Your documents. So whenever you want to participate in the review you have to open the review version file from Shared by you tab only. When you open the uploaded file from Your documents, it will be a normal file not a review/shared version so you cannot added comments in it. Yes, sharing from Your documents is equivalent to sending for shared review from within the desktop Acrobat application. Look and feel may differ though. Please let me know in case of any more query. Hello, Please find the following responses sequentially: Comments made in the local file won’t be saved back to Document Cloud version whether you sing-in with Adobe ID or not . When you download a review file locally, a copy of the review file is saved. All the comments in the review file at that moment will be there in the local file as well. But any more comments added to the local file will not be saved back to Document Cloud version. And as you know you can add comments to the local file without sing-in into Reader. Users can add comments in the Document Cloud version file in Offline mode as well. Whenever network connectivity is restored, comments added in the review file will be synchronized on its own. Please note that for opening a review file for the first time, network connectivity is must. But next time onwards you can open the same review(Document Cloud version) file in offline mode as well. Suppose you are online and open a review file from Shared by you/Shared by others/Recent tab, this review file gets cached on your machine. So next time you can open the same review file from Shared by you/Shared by others/Recent tab offline and add comments offline as well. Comments added in offline mode will get synchronized anytime network connectivity is restored. Yes, it has now been renamed as Done   I hope this helps.
