Hi,
Could you please check if Sandbox mode is enabled for Acrobat on you system?
Please note that it is expected with Sandbox mode. You may refer this note
To resolve this issue, you can disable the check-mark “Enable Protected Mode at startup..” and then restart Acrobat.
Alternatively, you can set the policy configuration if you do not want to disable Acrobat Sandbox, see the following

The config file should have below content if you choose dkrmed018. replace this if choose any other server.
