Hi Kamal, There is no way to make HIGHLIGHT the default pen action when using full screen mode. However, you can disable pen behaviour picking drawing/marking tool. So that pen either select texts or scroll through pages when you user it. You need to untick the checkbox "Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup" under "Preferences>Commenting" After you disable the above preference, you can select texts by pen and then highlight them by floating menu. When Reader crashes (If you get this error message "Adobe Reader has stopped working") , Can you please share with us the crash Logs . For Getting the Crash Logs: a.      When Acrobat Reader Crashes , Open Windows Task Manager b.      -> Got To Processes, There you can see a process "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" / AcroRd32.exe c.      Right Click on this process and click "Create Dump File" d.      Dump file will be created in the Temp folder of user (as specified on the dialog you get after creating dump files). e.      Save this DMP file on any Cloud Storage and Share the link for that with us. Hi arthurv4455903, We checked on the previous versions Acrobat and the behaviour remains the same, it has not changed .i.e i). On Mac machine, we are able to open PDF from Outlook draft window email ii). On Windows machine, we are not able to open PDF from Outlook draft window email because draft email opens as a modal dialogue on Windows machines. Hi SeanTMc, SeanTMcThe earlier provided workaround to set the value of 'launchCollabSyncInLowIntegrity' to 0 was a temporary workaround. Adobe recommends it's value to be 1. Please note that the newer registry value will get overwritten by future product updates. Yes, this is a safe workaround.We will let you know once we provide a proper fix for this. Hello Mac users, We did some investigation at our end and want to see if a workaround below solves the issue, it works for some users. Could you please follow the steps below- Steps: Quit Acrobat Open Finder on Mac Go to the folder: “/private/var/folders/”       4. In Search section on top right of Finder window type “SendMail” as shown below. Note: Highlight “folders” option in Search bar:        5. Note the path of this folder as shown below. This should be in /private/var/folders/ and the remaining path will not be constant and is created using hash hence we can’t provide exact path.        6.
